Pastor Geoff Helton

Rev Geoff Helton has served as Lead Pastor at Audubon Park United Methodist Church since July 2013. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor in Whitworth University’s Theology Department. 


Pastor Geoff is an eastern Washington native, growing up in nearby Kennewick, WA. He graduated from Whitworth University with a B.A. in Religion and is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master’s of Divinity (M.Div) and a Masters of Theology (Th.M) in Old Testament. Geoff was ordained an elder in the Pacific Northwest Conference in 2012


He met his wife Meagan in Hebrew Class at Whitworth. She currently works for Whitworth University in the office of Continuing Studies. They have a two daughters:  5-year-old Elizabeth and 3-year-old Rebekah.

Pastor Glenn Kennedy

Pastor Glenn Kennedy serves as the Congregational Care Pastor at Audubon Park United Methodist Church. He leads a Grow Bible Study class and and also leads a monthly Lunch and learn group designed for those over 60 but welcoming to all. 

Before coming to Audubon Park Church Rev. Glenn retired July ,1 2019 after having served for 44 years in the Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Carol will celebrate their 44th wedding anniversary in March 2020. They currently enjoy spending as much time as possible with their three children and five grandchildren, all of whom live in the state of Washington.

Pastor Katy Shedlock

Co-pastor of Creators' Table, Katy Shedlock was born and raised in Spokane and loves the power of a good story, building community, and connecting across cultures. 

She graduated with a double major in theater and anthropology from Drew University in 2008 and completed her master's of divinity at Iliff School of Theology in June 2017. Katy has been a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan, an English teacher in an Orthodox Jewish school, and an actress and playwright for a professional theater. A regular on the open mic scene, she helped represent Spokane at the 2018 National Poetry Slam in Chicago.  While living in Pittsburgh, PA., Katy received a call to ministry at a church plant that brought the story of Jesus to life with dramas, food, and compassion for all. Katy served as the pastor at Rockford UMC from 2015 to 2017, and she is married to Ben, whom she met on a service learning trip to work with refugees in Cairo, Egypt.
